English term or phrase: nuisance or annoyance or disturbance
This is from clause titled "Nuisance". A little bit stuck as the previous one, "Harassment", is very similar. Any suggestions?

"You, members of your household and visitors to the Premises and any persons admitted to the Premises by anyone who has authority to live there must not cause a nuisance or annoyance or disturbance or act in such a way that is likely to cause nuisance or annoyance or disturbance to other residents, their guests or visitors or any person engaged in a lawful activity, on the estate or in the neighbourhood."

dráždenie, otravovanie, rušenie

Explanation:

nuisance - " That noisy fan is a real nuisance ". (irritation)
Anton. - pleasure

annoy - " I'm annoyed every day by the slow bus service in this town". (disturb, bother)
Anton. calm, soothe

disturbance- " You can work in here without any disturbance". (interruption, distraction)
Anton. - calm, serenity, quiet

Doplnok k
titled "Nuisance" - možno Vám postačí - porušovanie, nedodržiavanie, nerešpektovanie (poriadku)

neviem ci ste uz uzatvorili - harassment - If you'll stop harassing me I can finish this work. (torment, pester...)
