No, ved som ja ani nikdy netvrdil, ze to ty tak naschval:-) Ale pravda je, ze ked som pisal svoj prispevok aj ked som ho odoslal, tak tam este ziadny navrh, hetszencegig nech mi oci vytecu, nebol. Ale ten poharik u mna mas, aby si si nemyslel, ze si myslim, ze ty si myslis...:-DDD

nie som lovec bodov. Ak si všimneš moju činnosť, tak VŽDY dávam plusový bod tomu, kto dá rovnakú alebo podobnú odpoveď ako ja, ale skôr. A v tomto prípade bola otázka zadaná o 15:09, moja odpoveď o 15:12 a hádaj kedy tvoj príspevok? Vidím tam 15:19. Takže predpokladám, že ma najbližšie pozveš na pohárik -:)

My mother was a Superintendent Registrar for 24 years. An SR is the boss of a Register Office and conducts marriage ceremonies, takes notice of marriage, etc., as well as supervising the Registrars who take notice of births and deaths (Registrar of Births and Deaths / RBD), which is a more junior grade. A Deputy Superintendent Registrar is a deputy to an SR who takes responsibility for his/her own actions.

On the other hand, a Deputy Registrar (with no ‘Superintendent’ in between) is a deputy to an RBD, and has the same powers as an RBD: i.e., taking notice of births and deaths, but not conducting marriages or taking notice of marriage.

In terms of signing certificates (which are always mere copies of the authentic original entry in registers), any registrar can sign a certificate that is a copy of an entry in a register that at that time is still open, but only an SR or DSR can sign a certificate that is a copy of an entry in a register that has been closed.

Bez kontextu je to naozaj tazke trafiit presne, volne by som si mohol tipnut, ze pojde o toho Matrikara (hlavneho m./zastupcu hlavneho m.), ale to strielam od boku.
