English term or phrase: intoxitating substance treatment requirement
"The requirement obliges the young person to submit, for a specified period, to treatment designed to address his or her dependency on, or propensity to misuse, alcohol or other intoxicating substance for the period specified in the order. The order may require treatment as a resident patient or non-resident patient at particular institutions but must not specify any further the nature of intervention. In this context, intoxicating substance means alcohol or any other substance or products (excluding drugs) which are capable of being inhaled or otherwise used for the purposes of intoxication."

Explanation:
ja by som to hádam prekladal radšej trochu záväznejšie než "požiadavka", teda radšej ako "pokyn". Táto požiadavka je totiž záväzná ("requirement obliges"), čo však z prekladu ako "požiadavka" slovenský čitateľ cítiť nebude. Zároveň sa mi slovné spojenie "požiadavka na liečbu" vidí trochu strnulé, nie príliš používané a ani nie celkom jasné vo vzťahu ku osobe, ktorá má na liečenie nastúpiť. neutral  Maros Podstupka: nechcem rypat, ale nema pokyn tiez len odporucaci charakter? Ano, "poziadavka" je zavazna, ale znie to akoby podmienovala poskytnutie nejakej sluzby, kvalifikovala sa na nu.Podla mna to nema charakter nariadovania,nemame vsak k dispozicii sirsi kontext.

Asker: Nie. Ďalšími "requirements" môžu byť napr. "Drug treatment requirement" alebo "Drug testing requirement".

Asker: Mea culpa. Googloval som ďalej a máš pravdu, ide o lieky/liečivá.

disagree  Slavomir BELIS: Toto nie je preklad zadaného výrazu./To nie je celkom pravda. Nestanovil, že len toho, napísal "hlavne". To nevylučuje ostatné. Okrem toho, najdôležitejšie je to, čo je zadané. Nefér voči ostatným je preložiťLenČasťZoZadanéhoVýrazu. OstatníToTakNeurobili.

  -> Povazujem to za nefer a skodlive hodnotenie, pretoze 'asker' specificky stanovil v poslednej vete,s cim potrebuje pomoct, a to som prelozil. Navyse som ho spravne vyviedol z domnenia, ze vynimka neplati pre drogy ale lieciva, lieky (drugs)
