Explanation: Keby teoreticky išlo o nehnuteľnosti, dal by som niečo v zmysle „spoločníci s užívacím právom/právom na užívanie", ale keďže tu ide o cenné papiere, finančné nástroje a pod., tak lepšie mi znie napr. „spoločníci s právom nakladať s....“. Napadlo mi aj fiduciár, ale tým si nie som príliš istý, tak radšej to „právo nakladať s“. Na eur-lexe uvádzajú „nárok na užívanie“ (link dole).
