Explanation:
Slovný základ a zmysel je tu prekladom prenesený správne, ale osobne sa mi nezdá štylisticky prirodzený (vziať na vedomie s uspokojením).

V slovenčine tiež používame slovné spojenia ako "konferencia pripomenula" len zriedka.

Osobne by som to riešil takto : <B>"Účasníci konferencie uvítali, že sociálne média sa úspešne ujali role/úlohy... "</B> alebo <B>"...úspešne prevzali..." </B>
