I´m translating an extract of H. E. Bates´ "Alexander" from “Twenty Tales”. I don´t find a good Spanish translation for "tress". Can you help me , please? Thank you in advance.

The line where the term appears goes like:

"Tress, cornfields, farms, pastures, horses and workmen among the mown corn, all appeared instantly bathed in a soft transfiguring light."

"Tress" no tiene ningún sentido aquí. Tiene que ser una errata por "trees".
