Pese a que como te digo, en tu frase prefiero "fuera de bolsa", te adjunto un vínculo de la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (España) donde aparece el término "transacciones OTC", que también es un término bastante utilizado.

Yo en tu frase utilizaría "fuera de bolsa". Se trata de un término financiero bastante común.
