Una traducción muy libre del párrafo, que lo que quiere expresar es que para el Emirato de Sharjah es otra conquista (¿ésta en el plano salud? / ¿en el plano de calidad de vida?; eso lo dice el texto); que el Emirato ha obtenido otras consideradas como la primera vez que se ofrece/otorga/consigue en alguna parte en comparación (y en este caso) con otras ciudades del Medio Oriente.

Otro logro en este aspecto para los Emiratos, Sharjah fue nombrada como la primera Ciudad Saludable en el Medio Oriente.
