Los otorrinos aconsejan no abusar de los bastoncillos al limpiarse los oídos ni profundizar demasiado. La implicación del chiste es que se ha dañado el cerebro con bastoncillos. Creo que en nuestra cultura se usan menos que en EE. UU. por eso el chiste no será tan evidente para nosotros.
