This is part of a step by step list of instructions found on the label of a drywall composite compound used to apply composite corner beads and trims. The product can also be used to fill in the cracks and gaps (finishing) that routinely occur when hanging sheetrock or drywall. The compound can be thinned to provide a smoother finish by feathering it away from the trim with a taping knife (a.k.a. spatula).
