English term or phrase: holly-wolly
Is anybody familiar with this expression?

"Holly-wolly" appears as a shop name in a cartoon showing shops in a town.

The shops have funny names for children,
such as "Super-Duper Supermarket", and
"HOLLY-WOLLY RECYCLING CENTER."

What could that be?
Something like "Fantásticos desperdicios"?
Other?

What might that mean?

Thanks in advance!

Centro de reciclaje holly-wolly

Explanation:
Sería como cambiar un nombre propio, en caso de traducirlo. Además, se pierde la rima que constituye la gracia del nombre.

Me parece, además, que Holly-Wolly debe ir como si fuese un nombre propio, en mayúscula

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you very much, Isabel. I forgot to mention Holly-wolly is a fictitious name, and the client wants it translted into Spanish. (And yes, as a name it should be capitlized.)

trapo-harapo

Explanation:
"golly" seems to refer to "golliwog" - a rag doll. "holly" is just a rhyme = acebo, something spikey. So harapo might be the result!
