I have been working as a freelancer since January 2019 only with one agency. I hold no degree in translation. Previously, I gained 14 years of experience working as an executive in both the private and public sector of my country. I hold a BA in applied economics and a MBA from the University of Leipzig (Germany). Moreover, I purchased in December 2018, the license of SDL Trados Studio 2019 and I also passed the beginner´s certification to use this software.

I have been accepted in the portals of some top notch certified agencies, but no project assignments so far. I fear it is the fact that I have less than one year working as a freelancer. Are there agencies that accept freelancers with little experience? Do you think I have a chance in this industry?.

I would truly appreciate your advice.
