This is for a Latin American Spanish-speaking audience. It's for a healthcare app, and the register requested is informal.

Client has specifically rejected the use of the phrase "saludos cordiales" and I cannot for the life of me think of another appropriate equivalent that maintains the informal register. "Saludos" by itself is not acceptable, because it doesn't capture the "warm" part of the phrase. What do you guys think would be an appropriate equivalent phrase in Spanish?

agree  JohnMcDove: No estoy seguro de qué problema tiene el cliente con "saludos cordiales". Sin duda, sería lo que yo usaría para España. Pero "un saludo afectuoso" o "un afectuoso saludo" creo que funciona sin problemas.

Las posibilidades son innumerables lógicamente, pero esta alternativa me parece un buen equilibrio entre el lenguaje coloquial y la formalidad. El hecho de que sea un "saludo" establece cierta distancia, pero el "afectuoso" lo hace más cercano.
