algo para pensar y tomar en cuenta las referencias que he puesto. Si no se tratara de un número específico de acciones no habría por qué decir "one board lot", bastaría con decir "one lot".

Explanation:
According to what I've found, it is the standard number of shares in a transaction, usually 100 or 1000. I don't know the Spanish exact translation or if there is one, but in your context I thing it doesn't matter if it's 100 or 1000 but the fact that there has been at least one transaction. I would just rephrase it "...últimos 10 días en los que ha habido al menos una transacción en la bolsa/ha habido actividad blah blah". Let's see if someone comes up with an exact term
