Espero que puedan ayudarme con una expresión al español relacionada con un acuerdo de distribución de equipos médicos: “Debarment”. Lo he encontrado como “exclusión”, sin embargo, en este párrafo aparece junto a “Exclusion” y me confunde un poco. Muchas gracias:

“Debarment and Exclusion:

Distributor warrants, on behalf of itself and any of its Affiliates, subcontractors and employees performing the obligations under this Contract, that they are not currently, nor have they been within the 5 years from the Effective Date of this Contract, debarred, disqualified, or excluded under any Applicable Law from (…)”

Explanation:
prohibido del ejercicio profesional o de comercio vs. disbarment from pratising as a Barrister.

The other way round, I usually translated inhabilitación as disqualification e.g. from acting as director or distributor.
