English term or phrase: Panama, Guatemala and Mexico
I noticed that the cities of Panama, Guatemala, and Mexico are often indicated in Spanish simply as such without "ciudad" (as in "firmado en Panamá, Panamá, el día ...). When the text is translated into English, should the term "city" be added, even though it is omitted in Spanish? (as in Panama City, Guatemala City, and Mexico City)?
