“Net Net Amount” shall mean the net amounts invoiced by Media owners for spaces ordered by the Client and/or the Client Affiliates after deduction of all discounts, rebates or similar advantages granted by Media owners. In addition, it is clearly understood that the Client and the Client Affiliates shall benefit from year-end rebates or discounts granted by the Media owners in connection with the total volume of spaces ordered by XX with such Media on behalf of all XX clients (e.g. “cumul des mandáis”) through a retroactive adjustment of the Net Net Amount.
