Is the above the right translation to Spanish? My boss tells me that I have to follow the rules of concordance, e.g. "La(s) siguiente(s) razón/es.

Spanish translation:las siguientes razones
Explanation:
You can use either plural or singular form depending on the context. If you see more than two reasons, then no need to put "razón o razones". You can just choose one.

por la siguiente razón o razones

Explanation:
I agree with your boss. If you want to avoid the issue with razón and razones, where the graphic accent dissapears, I'd go with this option.
Yours is unfortunately not possible, "la o las siguientes razones" is not gramatically correct.
Hope this helps!

la/s siguiente/s razón/es

Explanation:
As the other colleagues said, it depends on whether you have one reason or more. If you need a standard way, I'd go for the one I suggest, as it's valid for one or more. But the best is to use singular for one reason and plural for more than one. The option "por:" could also work if you use a list. You could alternatively use, as another colleague suggested, "por lo siguiente".
