Alivio tributario, remedio fiscal, desgravación, atenuación fiscal are some of the translations I have seen for "Tax relief" but it seems that there is no agreement on which one is the most accepted.

Así aparece traducido de forma insistente y machacona en las versiones oficiales en español de directivas y reglamentos de la Unión Europea en materia tributaria (especialmente en armonización de IVA), y en el Convenio de doble imposición entre Estados Unidos y España. Como siempre aclaramos en estos casos, esta traducción serviría con seguridad en el ámbito de España, pero ignoro si también sería así en el ámbito latinoamericano, especialmente en Panamá. Rectifico: hecha una comprobación, en el Convenio de doble imposición entre EEUU y España no aparece el término. Limito pues mi comentario anterior a la legislación de la Unión Europea.

Asker: El contexto es de eliminar la doble tributación, y bonificación fiscal se usa mas para "tax credit" o para "tax optimization"...Pero seguimos buscando...No creo que haya una solucion optimal. Es como "Law Enforcement Agency" al español que no tiene equivalente...Muchas gracias!

Asker: En America, me parece que bonificación fiscal se usa para "tax rebate".
