There's no more context, it's just a big table in which payments of taxes are reflected by year. Is it just some kind of account people have to check their tax information/from which they do their payments?

Regarding "tax deed", is it referring to an "embargo"? Because in some fields there's a "deed paid off" or "deed applied".
