English term or phrase: the further out
Se trata de un folleto sobre trasplantes de corazón en niños.

Chronic rejection: refers to on-going inflammation and damage occurring over a longer period of time; the term also refers to the process of scarring and thickening of the coronary arteries over years leading to inadequate blood supply to the heart muscle, tissue damage and decreased heart function (post-transplant coronary artery disease or PTCAD). This is more common the further out a patient is from transplant. All patients will develop PTCAD at some point after transplant.
