I am not sure how to translate this phrase from a Medical form: the word "instrument". Thanks for your feedback. Gracias por su sugerencia.

subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledged to me that he/she/they executed the same in
his/her/their authorized capacity(ies), and that by his/her/their signature(s) on the instrument the

What I translated into Spanish: … quien me demostró sobre la base de evidencia satisfactoria (identificación) que es la persona(s) cuyo nombre(s) está(n) suscrito(s) en el instrumento interno y reconoció ante mí que él/ella/ellos ejecutaron lo mismo en su capacidad(es) autorizada(s), y que mediante su(s) firma(s) en el instrumento, la(s) persona(s) o la entidad en nombre de la cual la(s) persona(s) actuaron, ejecutaron el instrumento.
