Hello!

I'm translating a hand book for a perfusion machine. One of the main parts is the clamp, which is made of plastic and can be bought as an accesory. Does anyone know if this item is "pinza" in Spanish? Or does it have a different name?

Context:

Single-use, disposable, biocompatible, sterile clamp Clamp with two rotative jaws and adjustable screw for Kidney cannulation

Ninguna traducción me parece inequívoca (pinza, abrazadera, clip), y aun así, en contexto, casi cualquiera podría servir. Personalmente utilizaría "sistema de fijación" (para canulización), o "sistema de fijación tipo clip/pinza" (para canulización), si quisieras ser algo más específico.

Por ejemplo,

Sistema de fijación desechable, de un único uso, biocompatible y estéril. Sistema de fijación para canulización renal con dos mandíbulas abatibles y tornillo ajustable.
