germofóbico/misofóbico Explanation: germofóbico/misofóbico The best translation technically speaking is "misofóbico". See the article on misofobia on the Spanish Wikipedia: https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misofobia However, this will not be undestood by most readers. "Germofóbico" is an alternative word for this, as indicated on this Wikipedia article. It will be understood by all readers. Notice that in English "germophobe" can also be spelled as "germaphobe". This variation is not completely right for Spanish: "germafóbico" is very little used. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2021-03-21 23:10:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "germófobo" is another spelling variation well known and used in Spanish. fobia a los microbios Explanation: En primer lugar, desaconsejaría las opciones anteriores porque el término "germ" tiene dos significados: germen en un contexto general (germ cell=célula germinativa) y microbio, microrganismo o bacteria, según el contexto, en medicina.
