Explanation:
All the medical terms are in latin, therefore they should be left in latin.Luckily I have a daughter who is a medical doctor and she has this opinion.
Foot Rot = I found "morriña" as an animal desease for the word "rot". My suggestion is to use morriña or "morriña de los cascos"

Explanation:
1. Actinobacillus Haemophilus, pleuroneumonía
2. Pasteurella multocida (this is a Latin term. It is left as is)
3. Salmonella choleraeusis (same as above) (Actually, you cold use the Spanish term "samonela" by itself).
4. Streptococcus suis (same as above. You could use the Spanish term "estreptococo").
5. Deterioro de la pata.
