3. Notify their Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) and advise them of what steps they are taking, including any requirements or recommendations from the Health Department
4. Close the store and execute deep cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
5. Contact FBC when cleared by the Health Department to re-open.
Note: Managers may communicate the process verbally or know where to access documentation of the process from corporate.
o Do not prompt them to reference the document to assess their knowledge of this process
o If the manager is communicating verbally, they must mention all 5 items noted above. You may prompt them by asking "anything else?" and if they miss steps, cite a violation.
o If the manager cannot communicate the process or show the document on their own without being prompted, cite a finding AND coach/teach that they should reference information on this process that would have been provided to them by their owner/franchisee.
