Tal como aparece en el texto que adjuntas como contexto, podrías usar la palabra "instalación", aunque no sé si en los otros casos en que aparece "site" te serviría esta opción.
O también puedes usar "planta", un término muy habitual para referirse a los lugares donde las empresas llevan a cabo sus actividades.
