Pero prefiero esta, menos literal:

Explanation:
Entiendo que "call out" es "decir gritando", literalmente.

Asigna un capitán de calentamiento para que dé/indique el siguiente movimiento.

Que "grite la orden del siguiente movimiento" sería la idea literal, aunque no suena muy bien, que digamos.

Por eso, "dar la indicación del siguiente movimiento-ejercicio" o "dar la orden" o "indicar el siguiente ejercicio" me parecen mejores opciones.

"Move" podría ser también "paso", el siguiente paso...

Es decir, "para que indique el siguiente paso"...

Más que "proponer", me parece más como "dar la orden" (un poquito militar, pero con los "capitanes", ya se sabe... ;-)

Hasta podría ser: "izzzquierda..., izzzquierda, izzzquierda-derecha-izquierda"... ;-)
