bald eagles have excelent eyesight to catch fish. They can spot a fish in the water from high in the sky. They dive down and snatch the fish using their sharp claws, called talons.

He buscado pero no encuentro una traducción específica para "talon", creo que en ingles talon hace referencia solo a aves, pero no encuentro una traducción especifica, mas bien me aparece como sinónimo de "claw". En el caso de que fuera lo mismo me gustaria que propusieran una traducción para "talon"
