Phoreticovelia disparata / (escarabajo Zeus) Explanation: I find it as "escarabajo Zeus" on one site: http://www.datosfreak.org/datos/slug/phoreticovelia-disparat... but no confirmation of this name, which was probably invented by whoever wrote the piece, based on this article in Nature: http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v424/n6947/full/424387a... So use "escarabajo Zeus" if you like, but the safest thing to do would be to put the scientific name, Phoreticovelia disparata, which should go in italics. |
