English term or phrase: preheader
This refers to the info in the space that comes after the subject line in an email. It seems to mainly be kept in English in the marketing sphere, but I'd like the Swedish word if there is one.

Swedish translation:preheader
Explanation:
It could be "andra ämnesrad".
This means "secondary subjectline".

But it would be more of a description than an actual word for it.

Please see the links i have attached, they and a lot of other sites talking about the preheader, translates all the names for subject and so forth, but not the preheader.

I would use preheader.

Of course it depends on the type of content. If you f.ex. are translating an email-application. Why not use on of the following:

"sekundär ämnesrad" = "secondary subjectline"
"andra ämnesrad" = also "secondary subjectline", but not as definitive as "sekundär ämnesrad".

If you had to go with a Swedish word, "sekundär ämnesrad" would be a good choice.
