English term or phrase: under administration
If a company is under administration by an administrator(by order of the court), what would that be in Swedish? tvångsförvaltning, förvaltning, under administration (av en förvaltare?) I'm confused!!

agree  Adrian MM.: with: i konkursförvaltning - admin previously known as receivership in E&W // Truth to tell, I was long sidetracked onto 'i bobehandling' company vs. probate in Danish and Norwegian, but couldn't transliterate the term back into Swedish.
