This part of a sentence in a tenancy agreement describes the rights of the landlord. This is a very common phrase in these kind of agreements but I don't understand how to translate it into Swedish.

Explanation:
I don't think you have to specify who is the landlord in such a way (legal phrase). It should be covered in the beginning of the agreement by naming all those involved. And 'hyresvärden' is after all the one getting the property back at the end of the agreement period.
