It gets clumsy in Swedish to repeat "services" and since it is clear that advertising, promotion and fulfillment are all examples of services, I see no need to repeat the term. I would just list the three services. Thus: ....och förverkligande.

  -> Tack, Charlotte! Du har rätt i att "fulfillment" kan vara "fullgörelse", t.ex. i fråga om någons skyldigheter enligt avtal. Tror att "förverkligande" blir bättre här, men det beror naturligtvis också på resten av texten.
