English term or phrase: Wake up and smell the pizza
Jag översätter en bok med den fyndiga titeln "Wake up and smell the pizza". Jag förstår att den anspelar på "Wake up and smell the roses" men mitt problem är att texten i boken hela tiden hänvisar till just pizzor. Där finns tex "Slice of advice", "Easy on the cheese" och "Deliver on this", så titeln behöver anspela på pizza.

Alla förslag mottages med tacksamhet :)

Explanation:
The actual English idiom is to wake up and smell the coffee. It means "get a reality check" Roses are what you stop and smell, meaning not to hurry through life and miss the small pleasures.
My answer is just a suggestion, I am not a writer ;)

Explanation:
Det relaterar väl till " wake up and smell the roses" vilket ungefär betyder Carpe diem, eller Gör det bästa av din dag!, eller Upptäck det underbara i en ny dag! - lite modernare och ungdomligare att föra in ordet pizza kanske, vad vet jag? Det görs ju ofta sådana "skojversioner " av ordspråk för att alla bvet ju egentligen vad som menas dvs innehållet är det samma men det justeras lite i stilen beroende på vem man hänvisar det till....
