English term or phrase: I'm sweet enough already
When offering someone sugar with their coffee or tea, most of us in the UK have heard the good old “No thanks – I’m sweet enough already!” reply (typically delivered in a sing-song voice). Is there a Turkish equivalent in a similar context?

ben zaten yeterince tatlıyım
Explanation:
a literal translation woul de be quite OK :) I can't say it is idiom, though
one can also say: ben zaten şeker gibiyim, maybe.

I like the alternative translation as well as Zeki's rendering. It seems, as often, that there is no real equivalent that corresponds. But that is the way of language. This, however, is a very common expression in UK English.
