Bir hisse satış anlaşmasında geçiyor bu iki terim.
"Subject Shares", bu anlaşmanın konusunu oluşturan hisseler için (açıklamasının yapıldığı cümle: "sets forth the Local Shareholders’ intention to transfer their Shares (the “Subject Shares”) verilen ad.
"Tag-Along Shares"'in ne olduğunu ise tam kavrayamadım. "hisselerin satışlarında hissedarların müştereken satma seçeneği..."
Sanırım söz konusu olan şirket hisselerinin hissedarlar tarafından satışı. Sonuçta hissedarlar hisselerini istediğine satabilirler, ama burada bir kişiye/kuruma ortaklaşa satma kararı alıyorlar. bu işinize yarayabilir..
