I, the undersigned, give my consent and unrestricted right and permission to Vistaprint Schweiz GmbH, its affiliates and its and their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, “Vistaprint”), and hereby authorize and grant to Vistaprint, for a period of time equivalent to the maximum legal duration of protection of such rights as set forth under applicable law
(“Maximum Legal Duration”), the irrevocable and worldwide right to record, use, exhibit, publish, distribute, copyright, reproduce and convey (collectively, “Commercialize”) visual images of me and my likeness, together with my name and hometown (including all intellectual property rights thereto, the “Endorsing Content”).
