In addition and upon request by SUPPLIER, DISTRIBUTOR shall send to Supplier on a monthly basis a detailed sales report by e-mail indicating the unit volume open and close inventory, turnover of the previous month’s sales for each of the Products and other details SUPPLIER may request as set out in the template provided by SUPPLIER. The reports shall include but not be limited to details regarding the local price structure, competition encountered and advertising and promotional work. DISTRIBUTOR shall furthermore inform SUPPLIER regularly and promptly of any important changes in sales organization, of market trends in the Territory, of any developments concerning important customers or competitive activities, of any commercial or economic measures liable to affect marketing conditions in the Territory, and of any other relevant facts which might have an influence in its business.
