One of the potential consequences of abortion. I would use رحم کا چھیدنا (rahim kaa chhednaa), but again I can't find the exact definition on dictionaries.

رحم چھدائی/رحم برمائی/رحم بیندھائی


Explanation:
You can use this word with little modification as per context (indicated in my answer). The word چھدائی has very popular use in Urdu in almost same sense when women pierce their ear or nose. It is used in terms of making small holes in ear or nose to wear jewellery items.
So I think رحم چھدائی will make lot of sense from that perspective
Other two suggested terms are linguistically correct but less common, you can absolutely use them if you find them appropriate as per context

neutral  Shahbaz Haider: I don't think so these word will be understandable by common reader .Brother what you are writing کانوں کی چھدائی its the process of drilling hole in ear or nose and uterine perforation is result of abortion not process like that .

  -> Why not? These are very common words. Every one knows what is چھیدنا and even an illiterate mechanic or electrician knows what برما means. کانوں کی چھدائی is household word and برما is used to make holes in walls and it too is household word
