Well if u say 'Hasina aankh maare', then it's 'beautiful lady is teasing you by winking her eyes'.
If u say 'Ladka aankh maare', then it's 'a boy teases a girl'.
Otherwise, winking may be termed as a weakness in medical terms for which we can say aankh phaDakna but not aankh maarnaa.
