The whole passage is so badly written that, particularly as it is a translation from another language, I think that you really should advise the Client to get it re-translated from the original.

@sibsab not when I checked, but probably better that we ask a Chinese speaking colleague for help.
This reference (http://www.cots.com.cn/english/1999/07292701.htm) does seem to imply that 'bunker' might mean minaret though.

If you compare the Chinese symbols for minaret and bunker you can see that they are the same

Where is your text from ? All the references I found on the internet for bunker house and mosque - and there were several - refer to mosques in China, but were badly translated as if by Google translate. (Maybe there's a Chinese term for part of a mosque that translates into English as "bunker house" when Google translate is used).
Also, by definition a bunker shouldn't be tall, should it ?!
