agree  ErichEko ⟹⭐: It will not be interrupted by downtime (i.e. available 24x7 week in week out). "run smoothly" has subjective meaning, though. The software may need wide bandwidth. If little is available, it may still srteam video uninterrupted, but cannot be smooth.
