...what does it refer to? maybe to the fact that they come complete with a cabinet underneath the barbecue?

I don't think they are referring to the HEIGHT of the grill, but rather to its cooking area; these are not miniature 'toys' only big enough for cooking 2 sausages on, but a 'real' barbecue. As far as I know, there is no official 'full-size', so I assume they are using the term somewhat loosely and comparatively.

Explanation:
I don't think they are referring to the HEIGHT of the grill, but rather to its cooking area; these are not miniature 'toys' only big enough for cooking 2 sausages on, but a 'real' barbecue. As far as I know, there is no official 'full-size', so I assume they are using the term somewhat loosely and comparatively.

Explanation:
At the low end of the spectrum is the miniature charcoal grill (figure A), which is good for cooking hamburgers or hotdogs for two. Similar in size is the camping gas grill (figure B), which cooks with bottled propane.

At the other end of the spectrum is the full-sized gas grill (figure C), which uses a propane tank (figure D) for fuel. Many accessories are available for these grills, including motorized rotisseries, side cookers and smokers.

Ruth has suggested I should let everyone know what my glossary entry might be. Interesting.
First of all, a glossary entry, unlike lengthy explanations in the body of the answer, should help the asker (or future users of the glossary) in his or her translation of the term.
So what do the dictionaries say about full-sized?
Most of them say something along the lines of normal-sized. This is what an industry considers to be the standard size of an item in a line (anything bigger would be called king-size or mammoth-size or whatever else an industry comes up with to describe its products). There might an official normal size, as in the case of beds, I believe, but it is pretty arbitrary in most other cases. In the case of gas-grills, full-size is the typical family-sized or party-sized gas grill. And it normally comes with a range of accessories.
So, my glossary entry for full-sized would be:
*normal-sized – here: family- or party-sized*
And the accessories can stay out of the picture.
Anyway, definitely not what my entry for a full-size(b) bed would be. :-}
