Spare Ribs


Explanation:
Rib roast, is the meat from around the rib removed and rolled up into a roast,

Prime rib is the meat from around the ribs cut into steak fillets,

Spare ribs, are the ribs with the prime rib fillets removed, often used for stews.

A rack of beef, is the ribs set up to be grilled or roasted, with all the ribs intact and some meat still left on them, about 25 mm either side.
