Haven't found a recipe for it, so can't explain further. I would write it "2-pan pizza" or two-pan pizza." I'm assuming that since it comes under the recipe section of the manual, it refers to a type of pizza rather than how to place two pizzas in the oven at the same time. Doesn't reading the recipe yield some insight?
