English term or phrase: Brown's Mighty Mite camp oven
Brown's Mighty Mite camp oven: has it ever existed? It appears in a novel, set in 1860. In the novel the nickname "Mighty Mite" is then given to the son of the lady who owns the oven. Therefore I have to translate it, I guess, unless it is a very common brand name. Any help is welcome. Thanks.

Selected answer:Brown's Mighty Mite camp oven
Explanation:
Whether it is fictional or really existed, it is clearly meant to be a brand name. It should therefore be treated in translation as you would treat a brand name.

In this case, maybe a translation for the name of the character, but some explanation relating it to the name of the oven.

E.g. have his mother say, \"They call you briciolo possente, you know, like the Mighty Mite stoves, because that\'s what it means.\"
The details of how this is worked into the story, of course depend on the existing dialogue in the story.
