From the context that you have given us, I understand that it means that it is easy to pump using an ice cream machine, however, I suspect that the writer meant that it is easy to pump into cones (some people call ice cream cones "ice creams" without being specific). Especially since the product is compact and fluid at the same time. It would make a nice, smooth cone filler, without air holes.
