This seems to be a completely fictional name since there is no such creature. So you really have to coin (make up) a word in Chinese. Just to say that clams with bellies...when served as food...are known as soft-shell clams or whole clams but clams have no legs though they do have a "foot" of sorts to drag themselves around. So this creature is an invention for the game!
