There are several issues with your sign, depending in part on what it is to be used for, and to whom it is addressed? For a start, it isn't that usual in EN to use the 'Dear Guests' opening on such a sign — a plain statement of the key information is often all that is needed. Then again, if someone is looking to say book accommodation — they aren't a guest yet anyway! If this were a sign saying "Dear Guests, please remember to leave your key when checking out", that would be OK. So is this aimed at people arriving at this point (outside an hotel...?) who might want to become guests? It's an odd scenario if you are asking existing guests to phone — perhaps they need fresh towels...? Also, please note that it is usual in EN to break up phone numbers with spaces; typically +12 345 6789 etc. Writing out all in one go like this makes it less readable and easier for people to make a mistake when dialling.
